For the first time,Guangzhou Asian Games creatively apply the large-scale waterscape performances to the world-class opening and closing ceremony of the culture and sports activities. Rich layering boat-shaped fountain, lively and cheerful meeting fountain, endlessly rising screen fountain, misty sail-shaped fountain, magnificent fountains on the stage and many other waterscape contending in their beauty and fascination.

The excellent idea of supporting the boat with water and building the boat with water naturally appears. The large boat-shaped fountain ,which is 208 meter in length,128 meter in width and 38 meter in height,consists of 216 elevator nozzles. The spectacular scene,strong visual impact, and enormous shock can be called world best. What is more ,meeting fountain, screen fountain, sail-shaped fountain and the magnificent fountains on the stage artistically show together to praise the Chinese people who never stop their efforts to create a beautiful future.
